CHEFS - at all levels from Commis to Sous Chef. For more senior chefs, experience in a similar 4 red star, 2 rosette restaurant would be an advantage.
C & B HEAD WAITER/WAITRESS
COMMIS WAITERS and CHEF DE RANG
AFTERNOON TEA WAITER/WAITRESS
BAR PERSONS
HOUSEKEEPING ROOM ATTENDANTS
Full time, previous hotel experience preferred.
